Bruce has been involved with the pest management industry since the 1990s when he purchased a Direct Pest Control franchise in Biloela, Queensland. He got involved with pest management training from the early 2000s before forming the Registered Training Organisation in 2012. Bruce has been working in most areas of fumigation, pest management and weed control and loves working with positive thinking pest managers.

Deb is accomplished in excellent customer service, communication & support. A positive, practical attitude and the understanding of clients’ needs has always been a priority. Deb has always enjoyed the opportunities to develop long term professional working relationships.

Bernie gained a strong background in admin and customer service before joining the pest management industry in 1997 as a franchisee operating Direct Pest Control Biloela.

Operating a small business has seen Bernie gain exceptional business management skills including business operations, staff scheduling, customer support, employee relations as well as field work side of a pest management business.

Great organizational skills and an eye for detail help keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Growing up around the pest industry and with a passion for computers, it was only a matter of time before they came together.

After gaining a dual diploma in IT, Luke worked for a handful of companies before coming to ProTrain. The knowledge gained over the prior years has been useful in bringing ProTrain into the 21st century.

Specialising in all things IT, Luke manages our IT infrastructure and is always ready to help.
