ProTrain will protect fees paid in advance and has a fair and reasonable refund policy. Information provided prior to enrolment or the commencement of training and assessment, whichever comes first, specifies the student’s rights as a consumer, including but not limited to any statutory cooling-off period (where applicable) and the student’s right to obtain a refund:
Should ProTrain cancel a course for any reason, students enrolled at the time ProTrain announces the cancellation will be entitled to a full refund, with no administrative charges or penalties.

All enrolments received are considered firm enrolments and will be confirmed in writing. All course fees are payable in advance, and the ProTrain will safeguard fees paid by students.

In the case of a participant who withdraws from a course or program due to illness or extreme hardship, ProTrain may, at its discretion, allow a refund of the fees. The following conditions apply:
ProTrain will not be obliged under any circumstances to extend the period of a student’s enrolment if the student has not completed the course in the allocated time.
Once the allocated time for a given course has expired, the student will no longer be allowed to access the course material. Should a student contact ProTrain prior to the expiry of their relevant course time, citing the reasons why they cannot complete the course on time, ProTrain may, at its discretion, allow an extension of time and a minimum of $250 rebooking fee will be charged.
Students contacting ProTrain after the expiry of the allocated time will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, however, should an extension be given, a minimum of a $250 rebooking fee will be charged.
Course participants for any course can transfer their registration to another individual without penalty, under the condition that they notify ProTrain before the commencement of the course.
Once the course has commenced applications for transfers or deferment will be considered by ProTrain on a case-by-case basis. Such discretion will not be unreasonably withheld.
