All training & assessment materials provided by ProTrain are protected by Copyright Laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties.

Grant of Use
ProTrain students may use the training materials for the completion of their studies and for on-going reference in their pest management service delivery operations.
Description of other Rights and Limitations
ProTrain students must always acknowledge the copyright ownership of the paperwork by ProTrain. Copying or re-printing in part or whole any of the training materials provided without permission from ProTrain is prohibited and may result in prosecution.
Termination
The use of copyright material will be immediately terminated if ProTrain students cancel their enrolment. In this case use of the copyright material must immediately cease.
