ProTrain is moving to an online delivery model to make it easier for students and trainers. Below we have outlined a guide on how to complete your assessments online either through a phone, tablet or a computer.

To complete your assessments on a phone or tablet you will require the aXcelerate Learner app which can be found on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

To complete your assessments on a computer or laptop you will need to go to the web address linked below.

Accessing Online Assessments on a Computer

1. Upon logging in you will be presented with a welcome message with some brief information and once you close that message you will be shown the main dashboard.
2. Next you will need to click the ‘Learning Plan’ button which will take you to the learning plan where the assessments are listed.
3. Once you have opened the learning plan, you can then click on the assessment you would like to start on.
4. You can now click the ‘Start Attempt’ button at the bottom of your page which will take you into your assessment which can be completed.

Accessing Online Assessments on a Phone or Tablet

1. Upon logging in you will be presented with a course select window. Please select the applicable course. You will then be presented with a welcome message with some brief information which you can read and then close. This will then take you to the main dashboard.
2. Next you will need to click on the course which will take you to the overview. You will then need to click on the ‘Assessments’ tab which will show you a list of assessments.
3. From the list of assessments, please click on the assessment you would like to start with and then click the ‘View in Learner Portal’ button.
4. You can now click the ‘Start Attempt’ button at the bottom of your page which will take you into your assessment which can be completed.

Troubleshooting

If you need to change the course you have selected follow the steps below.

1. Click your initials at the top left of your screen.
2. Next click on the course dropdown and select the correct course.
